Each paper regular or short should be submitted in printed
and electronic form.

Each submission will be reviewed by program committee. Only original
papers which have not been published elsewhere will be accepted. The author kit
with complete instructions preparing a camera ready copy for the proceedings
will be sent to authors of accepted submission. Submission must clearly indicate
the affiliation, postal code, phone/fax/e-mail
of the corresponding author.
